Delete your ChronoProtein account

You can delete your account and all your data yourself, without asking permission and without explaining why. This page states what is deleted, how to do it, and how long it takes.

1. What gets deleted

Deleting your account removes your authentication user and everything associated with it:

Your profile, your plan and your metabolic windows.
Your entire diary: meals, times, notes, window states and drafts.
Your weight, body composition and wellbeing records.
Your training sessions and weekly plans.
Your own foods, your favourites and your food preferences.
Your recipes, their photos and the copies you published to the community recipe book. Copies other people saved before belong to them and are kept, without your alias.
Your conversations with Kai, its memory about you and its reports.
Your health files and every link you shared with a professional.
Your paired devices, your notification subscriptions and your messaging channels.
Your gamification progress: experience, badges, challenges and seasons.

2. What is kept and why

We keep only the accounting and billing records Argentine law requires us to retain, and the minimum security records needed to prevent fraud. None of those records contains your diary, your photos or your health files.

Aggregated and anonymised usage data, which can no longer identify you, may be kept indefinitely because it is no longer personal data.

3. How to do it from the app

Sign in to ChronoProtein.
Open the "Me" section.
Scroll to the "Delete account" block at the bottom of the screen.
Type the confirmation word the dialog asks for.
Confirm. The account is deleted immediately and your session is closed.

4. If you already uninstalled the app or cannot sign in

You do not need to reinstall anything. Write to soporte@chronoprotein.com.ar from the same email address you used to create the account, with the subject "Delete my account".

We verify the request comes from the account holder's address and process the deletion. We confirm by email once it is done. We do not ask for reasons and we do not offer alternatives before deleting.

5. The subscription is cancelled in the store

If you have an active Pro subscription purchased on Google Play or the App Store, deleting your account does not cancel it: the store administers the charge, not ChronoProtein. Cancel it under "Subscriptions" in the Google Play app, or in your Apple Account settings, before deleting your account.

If you subscribed on the web through Mercado Pago or Stripe, write to us and we cancel it together with the deletion.
