Identity and license

You declare that the information and documents provided are authentic, that you hold the stated license and are authorized to practice in the specified jurisdiction. You undertake to keep this information current and promptly report suspensions, sanctions or changes affecting that authorization.

Scope of your practice

You act within the scope of your qualifications, license and accredited specialty, under applicable regulations. You are responsible for assessing each patient, reviewing information before using it and providing appropriate guidance. The platform does not replace care, legally required clinical records or emergency services.

Consent and confidentiality

You access only data permitted by the patient-authorized relationship, for the stated follow-up purpose. Protect your account, maintain professional confidentiality and safeguard downloaded reports. Do not share account credentials or disclose information to third parties without a valid legal basis. Patients may end the relationship; their consent does not transfer to another professional.

Information and professional guidance

ChronoProtein records, calculations and content are information and organizational tools, not diagnosis, prescriptions or individualized clinical advice. Care decisions belong to the professional. This distinction does not exclude ChronoProtein’s own legal obligations or waive users’ rights.

Verification and ongoing authorization

Workspace approval requires identity and license review. We may request further documents or a renewed registry check and suspend professional access when authorization cannot be established. The review supports the information checked on that date; it is not an endorsement or guarantee of care quality.

Personal access, patients and pilots

Professional verification and commercial access are separate. An invitation does not authorize data access until the patient accepts it. Pilots are granted individually, with visible seat limits and end dates; they do not create automatic charges. Patients retain any independently held access when the benefit ends.
